IKE Micro has added the latest in surface mount technology from Mydata Automation. The My100SXe model is from Mydata's newest stable of machines, offering both speed and flexibility, and industry best accuracy. It handles component size down to 01005, flip chips, QFPs and complex BGAs. It has a state of the art vision system, electrical component verification on the fly, and can place up to 21,500 components per hour. IKE's surface mount area supports the RF Microwave, medical, industrial controls and sensors, and LED markets.
