IKE Micro has current openings for:
- Automated wire bonding operator. Candidate will have 2+ years experience operating automatic ball and/or wedge bonding equipment
- Manual wire bonders. Candidates will 2+ years experience wedge bonding wire or ribbon on Westbond machines.
- Manual die attach. Candidates will have 2+ years experience applying epoxy and attaching die with tweezers or die attach machines. Will to train a candidate with excellent eye/hand coordination.

All positions are first shift, full time, with full benefits. We target candidates looking for longterm employment.
