Submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement ✔
Submit a RFQ. The RFQ (Request for Quote) should include, but not be limited to, assembly drawings, bills of material, a list of supplied parts and A/R material, SOW (Statement of Work) including quality requirements, job travelers, delivery schedules and packaging requirements. Please email assembly drawings in dwg, dxf or pdf file formats to info@ikemicro.com or fax to 603-598-8942. ✔
Visit IKE Micro. Come and tour the IKE Micro facility and meet the people directly involved in your manufacturing effort. ✔
Purchase Order as governing document. Your purchase order to IKE Micro becomes the governing document for the outsourcing effort. Please include quantities and pricing, material details, delivery dates, quality clauses, SOW, and P/N’s with current Rev Levels. ✔
Material. For turnkey programs, please supply preferred vendors and contacts, and source control documents if applicable.  If you’re consigning material to IKE for your build, please supply a reasonable overage of components to ensure manufacturing flow in the event of a component loss. We usually do not require extra packages or housings, but at least a 2% overage on active and passive components will help. When we receive your kit of material, we check it in and verify counts before we issue it to the floor. Please identify any components that you would like IKE to perform an incoming inspection on. ✔
Kick off meeting. Once an agreement to build is established, a kick off meeting at your facility or at IKE is recommended to review the most intricate details of your assembly. ✔
First Article. We recommend that a small quantity first article is completed and approved before we proceed with production quantities. ✔
